Established over 50 years ago, our company has prospered thanks to the hard work of its founder and his family.
Originally from Lithuania, Pranas Bulka moved to Montreal after the Second World War. In 1956, he founded Saint-Hubert Fer et Métaux on Chemin de Chambly in Saint-Hubert, the oldest road in Canada, to offer his recycling services.
In 1990, his sons Vic and Algis took over the reins of the company. Then, in 2004, Vic's daughter Danute took over, carrying on with the same dedication as her grandfather, uncle and father.
Our company's mission is simple: to recycle scrap metal to give it a second life and reduce the pollution caused by metal mining.
Committed to the environment, we make every effort to avoid wasting metals, which can be recycled or reused indefinitely.
